Kenneth J Lasky

Before joining MGLS in 1995, Mr. Lasky practiced general litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and immigration law. He previously worked at leading law firms in Louisiana and Virginia. Today, he has a diverse client base, including large international corporations, smaller corporations and businesses, and individuals. Mr. Lasky handles many types of immigration matters, focusing primarily on business immigration. He assists individuals in obtaining permanent and temporary immigration status in the United States.

Mr. Lasky has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America (Immigration Law) since 2007. He is currently a member of the Virginia State Bar, Louisiana State Bar, American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Roanoke Bar Association and a Top Lawyer since 2009 by the Roanoker magazine.
Mr. Lasky received a B.A. degree with high distinction from the University of Virginia in 1981, where he was named Phi Beta Kappa. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law, College of William and Mary in 1984.
Mr. Lasky resides in Roanoke, Virginia with his wife and two sons.
